Refund Policy

HARLU&CO wants you to be confident in your purchase of The Vendor Vault. This policy explains our refund terms and how to request a refund.
14-Day Refund Window
Because The Vendor Vault is a digital product containing proprietary vendor information that cannot be "returned" once accessed, refunds are available within 14 days of your purchase date provided that the digital product has not yet been downloaded or accessed. If you have not used your download link, you may request a full refund for any reason within this window.
To request a refund, email hello@harluandco.com from the email address used at checkout, including your Paddle transaction ID or order number. You can also raise a refund request directly with Paddle, our Merchant of Record, at paddle.net.
Broken or Failed Downloads
If your download link does not work — for example, the link returns an error, the file fails to download, or the PDF is corrupted — please contact us at hello@harluandco.com and we will deliver a working replacement promptly. If we are unable to deliver a working copy, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of whether the link was previously accessed.
Duplicate Charges
If you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us or Paddle and the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
After Download or After 14 Days
Once the download link has been accessed, or after 14 days from your purchase date, refunds are at our discretion and will generally not be issued except in cases of a confirmed technical defect that we cannot resolve.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. When a refund is issued, your download access will be revoked and any further attempts to use the download link will fail.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
